Meet the Team

Fayza Saad Mehanna

Executive Director

Fayza has been our Executive Director since 2014. She first joined INJAZ in 2007, establishing our office and operations in Qatar.

She really believes in the power of entrepreneurship education and the partnership between the business and education sectors, “INJAZ classrooms are so dynamic, combining the experience of the business mentors with the very interactive INJAZ programs. It is a powerful mix that provides youth with the required self-belief and skills to succeed.” Prior to joining our team, Fayza worked with several organizations, garnering over ten years of experience in economic and social development, youth entrepreneurship, and NGO capacity building including Save the Children Federation and Lebanon’s Council for Development and Reconstruction Cultural Heritage and Urban Development project.

Fayza holds a BA in Political Sciences from the University of London, and an MS in Development Studies from the University of Bath.

Nathalie Sabatier Seif

Senior Programs Manager

Nathalie is in charge of managing our operations and expanding our students’ and partners’ reach across Lebanon. She believes in the power of education, and working in INJAZ allows her to witness the growth of students’ minds: “It is a pleasure to see that our programs empower students to recognize their choice to excel and their capacity to create change in their local communities.”

Nathalie is a business professional and consultant with over 10 years of experience in leadership development, product management, business strategy and operations. She has worked with professional mobile and web solutions startups to optimize business solutions, identify new business opportunities and engage strategic partnership. She has an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe Business School.

Joelle Abou Khalil

Senior Volunteers & Programs Coordinator - Beirut

Joelle is responsible for the programs implementation in Beirut area and for developing the volunteers strategy and involvement mechanisms for Beirut and Mount Lebanon. Working with INJAZ allows her to combine her passion for entrepreneurship, social interaction and helping others, especially the youth while promoting the importance of volunteerism. “It is very gratifying witnessing students take charge and find their role in life. They inspire me to keep sharing my experience and make a difference in society.”

Having grown up in Sweden, Joelle has worked in the private and public sector with the Swedish Municipality, ESCWA, and the family business. She has a BA in International Affairs/Political Science from the Lebanese American University.

Naji Khater

Programs Coordinator - Mount Lebanon

Naji handles the programs implementation in Mount Lebanon and manages our INJAZ alumni chapter. With INJAZ, he is able to combine his love for business and volunteer work by providing youth with “a fighting chance in tomorrow’s business world”.

Naji is a graduate from NDU with a bachelor degree in International Business Management. Prior to joining our team, he was in the private sector working in insurance. Naji has experience with other NGOs, and has also been an active volunteer with the Lebanese Red Cross Youth Department since 2006.

Aseel Naamani

Programs Manager - North Lebanon

Aseel is responsible for developing the program strategy and overseeing its implementation in the Northern Region of Lebanon. Aseel began working with INJAZ as a volunteer in 2012, delivering our middle grade programs to a public school in Tripoli. The interaction with students was so rewarding that she just kept coming back for more, eventually joining our staff permanently. “Working with INJAZ Lebanon is very dynamic. There’s something about working with youth that can do wonders for the soul.”

Aseel began her career as a financial auditor in the private sector. After volunteering with INJAZ Lebanon, she shifted to NGO work in social and economic development and co-founded UTOPIA Organization, in Tripoli. Aseel holds both a BBA and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Balamand.

Jinan Diab

Programs Coordinator - North Lebanon

Jinan is responsible for quality program implementation in terms of schools, volunteers, and students' interaction in the region of Northern Lebanon. In 2014, she joined EU funded organization BIAT as a project trainee for several reinforcement programs supporting young potentials and woman. This experience left her interested in the impact of NGOs. Her curiosity and drive, coupled with her knowledge and international experience are what she enjoys sharing with INJAZ volunteers and students. “It is very inspiring to see how much potential and energy there is in youngsters; Youth is the trustee of prosperity.”

Jinan has a Master's Degree in International Business Management with an emphasis in Project Management from Kingston University (London).

Nicole Kazan

Marketing & Communications Specialist

Nicole is responsible for our marketing and branding strategy, our social media image, and managing all INJAZ related events. Nicole came to INJAZ after working in the private sector because she believes that to change Lebanon, it is important to invest in future generations. “INJAZ’s mission attracted me because it’s one of the rare NGOs that is built on positivity, belief, and tangible change. It affects a whole country by helping create job opportunities and building motivated professionals and confident youth.”

With over 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, Nicole mostly worked in the ICT industry for the MENA region. She has a BA in Communication Science from Université de Montréal.

Myriam Abi Hatem

Finance and Administration Officer

Myriam develops and implements systems for human resources, financial, procurement and administrative fields, to make sure that we comply with our organizational policies and procedures. Working with INJAZ gives her motivation and perseverance to challenge herself beyond her own limitations: “I invest all my efforts, skills and expertise for the good of a wonderful cause that serves the future of Lebanon’s children and youth.”

Myriam has been working in finance, administration and auditing for over three years. She has been an active member of “Les Scouts du Liban” association since 2007 and will soon receive an Executive MBA from La Sagesse University in June 2016.
