INJAZ Lebanon wishes to extend a very warm welcome to its new Executive Director: Samar Dani. Samar joins the INJAZ family with nearly two decades of marketing andmanagement experience, both in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. We are confident that Samar’s knowledge, experience, and passion for youth development will be a great asset to our team and help spread further our vision. 

“I’m very happy to join INJAZ Lebanon and lead this exceptional organization that is educating and preparing Lebanon’s youth to successfully enter the workforce,” said Samar. “I look forward to working with the wonderful team and meeting the entire community of partners, donors and volunteers.” 

Simultaneously, we announce with regret that Fayza Mehanna will be vacating her position. Fayza has been a longtime supporter of the INJAZ mission -- she originally was a member of the INJAZ Qatar team, where she served in fundraising before becoming Executive Director. When she took over as the Executive Director of INJAZ Lebanon in 2014, she played a major role in fostering a strong sense of teamwork, and institutionalizing the organization at every level. Fayza's kindness, competence, and thoughtfulness will certainly be missed and we are grateful for her service, both on behalf of Lebanon's youth, but also to the INJAZ network as a whole. Although she is stepping down from her role as the executive director, Fayza will always be a part of the INJAZ family. We wish her the best of luck in her new endeavors.
