Personal Economics program is designed to give middle grades students a hands-on practical introduction to personal finance, credits and debts, savings, investments and budgeting. The program aims to encourage students to appreciate their current and future role in society and in the economy as consumers, employees, employers, tax payers, investors and borrowers. The program also raises students’ aspirations and motivation about what they might achieve in the future and encourages them to make plans for future success.
