You’ve graduated, but struggling to find a job? Sending dozens of resumes, but not hearing back from employers? Finding the right job nowadays, and especially in Lebanon, is becoming very hard and competitive. If you want to stand out from the competition and increase your chances of getting hired, then you’ve come to the right place!

The ‘Bridges Of Opportunities’ is your go-to program for employability skills education and integration in the labour market. You’ll be offered a series of workshops and events online that will equip you, as University students and fresh graduates, with the knowledge and career competency skills you need to land your desired job and succeed in it. You’ll also get the chance to participate in a virtual career fair, network with professionals and potential employers, and gain remote internship experience.

The project 'INJAZ Bridges of Opportunities' is implemented by INJAZ Lebanon within the scope of the "Funding for Training and Capacity Building" component of the HOPES-LEB project funded by the European Union, through the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian Crisis, the 'EU Madad Fund' and implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Campus France and Nuffic.

By participating in the project, you will gain:

  • Job Hunting Skills

Learn how to prepare a professional resume & how to ace a job interview!

  • Soft skills

Problem Solving, Leadership, Written & Oral Communication, Team work, etc.

  • Digital Solutions

Get familiar with the digital tools and softwares commonly used at work.

  • Business Ethics & Basic Finance

  • Remote Working Experience

  • Professional Connections

Network with potential employers and recruiters.

It’s true… Your education and qualifications may make you eligible to apply for certain jobs, but these aren’t the only skills that recruiters are looking for, nor what they value most! Before hiring you, employers need to make sure you have the right employability and soft skills that are not usually taught nor specific to one particular career path but they definitely play an important role in improving your performance, value, and success in your career.

The ‘Bridges Of Opportunities’ program sums it all for you and will help you gain this employability know-how in a short time, a minimum of 12 hours that you need to commit to! And of course, all our programs are offered to youth for FREE.
