Company Program 2026

Every community faces challenges – environmental issues, social gaps, and unmet needs—but turning those problems into solutions is possible through innovation, bold ideas, and teamwork.

Company Program (CP) gives high school and university students the tools to tackle these challenges head-on. Over six months (January–June 2026), you’ll team up, brainstorm innovative solutions, and build sustainable businesses that create real impact in your community.

With hands-on workshops, mentorship, and interactive sessions, you’ll gain practical skills, develop your business ideas, and learn how to make your solutions a reality. You’ll also have the chance to pitch at the National Young Entrepreneurs Competition (YEC 2026)—with the winning team representing Lebanon at the regional competition.

This program equips you to transform challenges into opportunities, build socially responsible ventures, and leave a lasting mark on your community.

Company Program is under the umbrella of the "EmpowerME" initiative launched by INJAZ Al-Arab across the region and funded by Alshaya Group.
